HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) International Assistance is the office responsible for co-ordinating technical assistance programmes for overseas tax administrations.
The Non-Resident Recovery Unit handle the outstanding tax liability or outstanding Tax Returns of individuals who live outside the UK.
