Integrated Inventory and form C5
To download the Integrated Inventory to your hard drive, right click on the link and choose the save option.
This downloads a ZIP file containing the file C1_Comp.pdf and form C5. Before unzipping the file, we suggest that you create a new folder on your computer and unzip the file to the folder. The file contains form C1 and five continuation pages, C2. If you need to use more than five continuation pages, you can download a separate file containing extra pages using the link below. To provide a help facility, form C3, the Guide to filling in form C1, is downloaded at the same time. You should keep all the files in the same folder.
Important note
All the forms and notes are in Portable Document Format (PDF). If you have Adobe Reader 7 (or later) installed on your computer, you will be able to view, complete and print the forms. You will not be able to save the completed form.
To save copies of the completed forms to your hard disk, you will need to purchase the full version of Adobe Acrobat 7 standard (or later) from Adobe and install it on your computer.
