Forms P45 - software developers only

Approved final versions of the new style A4 forms P45 are not currently available and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Feedback from software developers has made clear that the spacing and alignment of these forms needs altering and should therefore not be used. We are ordering new versions and these should be available to you by the end of November.

In the meantime, employers should continue to use the old style A5 versions of the forms. Supplies of these are available from the Orderline.
