If I make my company secretary redundant will she be entitled to redundancy pay and unemployment benefit?
Individuals who are no longer employed by their service company may claim
benefits on the same basis as any other employee. Nothing in the IR35 rules
will affect entitlement to benefits in return for NICs paid.
