NATIONAL INSURANCE: SERVICE PROVISION THROUGH INTERMEDIARIES
This Regulatory Impact Assessment refers to the policy of stopping the avoidance of National Insurance Contributions by means of intermediaries such as service companies. The policy is provided for in clauses 71 and 72 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Bill, currently going through Parliament.
