Annual Returns of Information for ISA managers

ISA (Individual Savings Accounts) managers are required to make an annual return of information to HM Revenue & Customs.

Returns can be submitted on magnetic media, and/or forms ISACOM100(Z). Returns on magnetic media must conform to the ISA Magnetic Media Specification.

These documents are available in PDF format. To view a PDF document you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

Managers who make returns on forms ISACOM100(Z) must use original forms (photocopies or downloaded versions are not acceptable). To order stocks of ISACOM100(Z), phone 0845 900 0404.

The returns must be completed and returned to:

within 60 days of the following reporting dates:

• 5 April of each year
• the date on which the ISA manager ceased to qualify, or act, as a manager
