Annual returns of statistical information for ISA managers

Individual Savings Account (ISA) managers are required to make an annual return of statistical information to the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

Managers may make:

• a single return of subscriptions and market value details on form ISA14a(stats)
• separate market value and subscription returns on forms ISA14(stats) and ISA25(stats)

Annual returns of statistical information must be completed and returned to the ISA team within 60 days of the following reporting dates:

• 5 April of each year
• the date on which the manager ceased to qualify, or act, as a manager
